What does this trip include?
Your trip includes two nights accommodations in your choice of Atlantic City, NJ, Anaheim, CA, Asheville, NC, Austin, TX, Bahamas, Branson, MO, Cancun, MX, Cape Cod Area, MA, Destin, FL, Daytona Beach, FL, Denver, CO, Galveston, TX, Jamaica, Las Vegas, NV, Lake Tahoe Area, CA, Los Cabos, MX, Miami, FL, Myrtle Beach, SC, New Orleans, LA, Oahu, HI, Orlando, FL, Palm Springs, CA, San Juan, PR, Reno, NV, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Scottsdale, AZ, Smoky Mountains, TN, Virginia Beach, VA, Williamsburg, VA, or Wisconsin Dells, WI. Tourist and economy class accommodations will be used. Hotel occupancy taxes are not included.
Please note: Wisconsin Dells is not available June, July or August.
Step 1: Activate your certificate online
Go to mycbetrip.com and enter your contact information, enter your certificate number and activation code. After you complete the online activation process, you will be able to pay your tax deposit. Simply follow the instructions on the confirmation screen. Print and mail the deposit request along with your $50 tax deposit to:

You can pay the deposit with a personal check, cashier's check or money order. If you do not receive the email or are having trouble using the online activation system, please call our customer service department at 800-315-2065 for assistance.
Step 2: Make your reservation
After we receive your deposit we will mail you your reservation letter with instructions to call our customer service department at 1-800-315-2065 so you can make your reservation. The reservation letter will have an expiration date one year from the date we print and mail it to you. When you call to schedule your arrival date, keep in mind that your arrival date needs to be at least 60 days away and before your expiration date. We are happy to schedule your trip on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday where we have availability. Generally, we do not have availability during major holiday or convention periods. After you have scheduled your arrival date with our customer service department, we will mail you a confirmation receipt showing your arrival date.
Step 3: Talk to your travel rep
After you schedule your arrival date, we will call you and go over all the last minute details. During this call you can buy an upgrade to a resort hotel and purchase airfare at our wholesale travel agent rate (upgrades are almost always available). Your tax deposit will be applied to any upgrade options purchased. At this point, you can also cancel your arrival date and receive a full refund of your deposit, or you can explore other discounted travel packages. After you finalize everything with your travel rep, we will book and pay for your accommodations.

Your travel package will be mailed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Your travel package will include the voucher you will use to check in to your room. The unused portion of your tax deposit will be refunded in your travel package.
What this certificate does not include: Air or Land transportation, transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses like phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel/motel may ask for a credit card or a deposit when you check-in to cover incidental expenses.
So what is the catch? There really is no catch as long as you follow these instructions. We do realize that things can happen in life, but if you are not able to follow these instructions (even if it is not your fault) we are not going to be able to book your accommodations. We are not able to make any reschedules once we have scheduled your arrival date. We cannot make name changes, you can't buy or sell this certificate, you can't combine this certificate with any other certificate, discount, special promotion or anything else. Any exceptions or special arrangements will incur additional fees. This travel package is only valid for the items described herein. No other representations, oral or written will be honored.
